I don’t know if you guys have heard about this but Aaroh’s Raag Neela is one hell of an album. I am marketing for it here on my blog as I know that Aaroh is an under rated band. It should be much appreciated than it is at the moment.

Farooq is one of the best vocalists I have ever heard, both live and recorded. This Raag Neela album brings a lot of great great tracks. I have been listening to this album since so long now and it seems to me I am probably too late in making this blog post lol.

But basically I am listening to Aaroh’s songs right now and I thought I do need to mention them here. A couple of super awesome tracks take your attention straight away: “Jo Aankhon Mein” and “Wo Jo Kehdey Mujhe”. Apart from these two, the title track ‘Raag Neela’ is a nice funky tune. The song which really made it all across the TV channels was ‘Pyar Ka Jaal’ which is awesome in its own right. Then we have a couple more lovely tracks and they are as good as the other songs in the album: “Ik Chah” and “Jaaney Kiu” are just so cool to listen to.

The album just doesn’t end there, it has more tracks such as “Khuda” which is a soul mate for sure. So I recommend you all to actually buy this album and listen to it. Or if you do decide to fetch it off the web, do so but PLEASE PLEASE buy the album if you like it!
