Computer Graphics Project Progress: Badshahi Masjid Lahore
The time has come that we submit our course projects and I am kinda lost in these ajkal. I have to deliver this Computer Graphics project on Monday and I haven’t started animation process. I had started working on this one way back but then left it as I had so much of everything else to handle 
Now when the time has arrived, I have no choice but to move on the path of ‘jaan churaaying’… that’s the art of just getting things done as soon as possible!
So, the model is ready, and now I am going to start animating it, during which I have to setup lighting, and then after all this, editing and composition of the final thing. It’s been done entirely in Blender 3D, an open source 3d production package. So, thanks to them!

Looks great! How are you doing the modeling? I mean, what reference do you have of the place? A video? Several pictures? Or you doing the whole project on the steps of badshahi masjid?

Sarfoo: Thanx man! Yeah, the render came out a bit too noisy so had to keep the light a little low.. so you cannot really see the details.. will increase the samples so it comes out cleaner..
H: Thanks! I searched Google for the images and found a good number to use as a reference. Plus, I did see a couple of videos of Badshahi Masjid on Youtube.. and yeah, I’ve been to the Badshahi Masjid myself so maybe that has helped me feel as if I was on the steps
